About Morning Glory Provider Services

I am Marisela Leal RN, the proud owner of Morning Glory Provider Services. I am a Registered Nurse and have been in the nursing profession for forty-three years. Provider Services has been my specialty for the past twenty-five years. 

I opened Morning Glory Provider Services in June of 2011 after much encouragement from my husband. By this time, I had been at all ends of the Provider Service “Relationship” and felt the time was right. I say “Relationship” because it is truly a relationship we develop with our clients, their family members and our attendants. I feel that these relationships and experiences have helped me be a better person. 

I personally have been at all ends of this provider service relationship. I was a Program Supervisor for many years. The Caregiver to my parents who are eighty-seven years old and need daily assistance. Because I work, I am now the family member that needs help taking care of my parents, which I have found with provider services. I have also been the vulnerable patient that was dependent on others for my personal care, during my cancer journey. I am a twenty-year cancer survivor, but during the time I was going through my surgeries, Chemo and Radiation; I realized how important it is to have the right person by your side to help you with your day-to-day activities.  

I have been the appreciated and the unappreciated employee. I believe that you do your best work when you know your efforts are appreciated. Our attendants are very important, so we train them well, to ensures that they perform at the highest level and our clients receive the best care. 

I thank God every day for all of my past experiences. I use them to guide me in my decision making. I have made it my goal that all of our staff build a strong relationship with our clients, their families and our attendants to ensure that we do everything possible to make their lives easier. 

Here at Morning Glory, we have a very competent friendly staff, dedicated to serving you. Our Office Staff is trained and experienced and will make every effort to ensure that all your resources are identified and utilized to meet your needs. Our Supervisors are experienced and conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism. Our attendants receive a thorough orientation, individualized to your personal needs. They are capable and competent and will provide the personal care and housekeeping chores that you need.
